# Retail trading licence

The separate trading licence required for retail activity by foreign-invested companies, on top of the IRC and ERC. The licensing authority decides within ten working days of a valid file; from 18 October 2026 Nghị định 342/2026/NĐ-CP (Decree 342/2026) applies.
