# Investment registration certificate (IRC)

Obtaining the investment registration certificate for foreign investors in Gia Lai. For a project that does not need an investment policy approval, the investment registration authority issues it within ten working days of a valid file.

## What you need to provide

- Investor passport, or corporate documents legalised for consular use
- Bank balance confirmation or financial statements proving capacity
- Lease of the project site
- Investment project proposal
