# Amending the business registration certificate

Changing the name, address, activities, capital or legal representative on your licence: 500,000 VND per amended item, done in three working days.

## What you need to provide

- Copy of the current enterprise registration certificate
- The items you want to change
- Supporting documents for the new details (lease, ID of the new representative…)

## Frequently asked questions

**My address shows a former administrative unit, must I change it?**
The licence remains valid. But any further filing must use the current administrative unit.
