# About Tư Vấn Sao Việt Tư Vấn Sao Việt (CÔNG TY TNHH DỊCH VỤ SAO VIỆT) is a corporate services office in Quy Nhơn ward, Gia Lai province: company formation, household businesses, licence amendments, accounting and procedures for foreign investors. ## What we do We draft and file the paperwork for companies and household businesses across Gia Lai province: company formation, household business registration, amendments to the licence, branches, representative offices and business locations, conversions, dissolution, accounting and tax filings, e-invoicing, digital signatures, company seals and sector licences. For foreign investors we obtain the investment registration certificate, register the foreign-invested company, open the investment capital account, and handle work permits, residence cards and post-licensing formalities. We also prepare loan application files for banks. We are not a lender: the decision, the conditions and the timing belong to the bank. ## How we work Your file is drafted and filed by our own staff, from our office at 03 Vũ Đình Huấn, Quy Nhơn ward.
