Tư Vấn Sao Việt (CÔNG TY TNHH DỊCH VỤ SAO VIỆT) is a corporate services office in Quy Nhơn ward, Gia Lai province: company formation, household businesses, licence amendments, accounting and procedures for foreign investors.
What we do
We draft and file the paperwork for companies and household businesses across Gia Lai province: company formation, household business registration, amendments to the licence, branches, representative offices and business locations, conversions, dissolution, accounting and tax filings, e-invoicing, digital signatures, company seals and sector licences.
For foreign investors we obtain the investment registration certificate, register the foreign-invested company, open the investment capital account, and handle work permits, residence cards and post-licensing formalities.
We also prepare loan application files for banks. We are not a lender: the decision, the conditions and the timing belong to the bank.
How we work
Your file is drafted and filed by our own staff, from our office at 03 Vũ Đình Huấn, Quy Nhơn ward. Nothing subcontracted, no middlemen.
All you need is your ID card. You sign at home or by courier, we file online and deliver the licence to your door anywhere in the province.
Procedures that depend only on us are completed in three working days. The express package delivers the licence in one day, with a surcharge agreed per file. Where another authority sets the timeline by law, we state that authority's timeline.

We work across the whole of Gia Lai province, with its 135 communes and wards since the administrative reorganisation of 1 July 2025.
